Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a weekly note to
Elise's supporters to update you on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21!

VOTE TODAY! EARLY IN-PERSON POLLS OPEN IN NY-21


We are now in the FINAL DAYS – down to SINGLE DIGITS away from Election Day
2024! New York’s early in-person voting begins THIS WEEKEND and runs until
Sunday, November 3rd! This is the most consequential election of our lifetime,
and we’re counting on dedicated Republicans like YOU to bank your vote early!
There’s too much at stake to wait until Election Day. If you can, bring a
friend, neighbor, or family with you when you vote!


Early voting locations and hours vary by county. You can look up the address,
contact information, and website for your county Board of Electionshere

NORTHERN BORDER NIGHTMARE


As November 5th draws nearer, voters are rejecting the Biden-Harris
Administration’s porous border policies and President Trump is gaining in the
polls. Americans are sick and tired of dealing with the consequences of an
inept White House. Read some of this week’s most noteworthy stories below:


On Monday, NewsNation released an interview with a Fort Covington resident who
shared his experience living along the border and discussed his several
encounters with illegal immigrants.


Elise shared the clip in a post on X, stating –


“Rural communities along the Northern Border are struggling due to Kamala's
America Last, Illegals First policies.

I have seen firsthand the disastrous consequences of the failed Far Left open
border agenda and am committed to putting an end to it!”

On Wednesday, the New York Post reported on escalating violence at our borders
as America’s adversaries continue to take advantage of the Biden-Harris
Administration’s weakness. Reporters are being kidnapped and murdered and some
cartels are giving their members permission to shoot at US Border Patrol agents
at their discretion.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Border Patrol agents face the threat of being shot at by Mexican cartels.

Make no mistake about it, Kamala’s open border policies have emboldened the
cartels and put our brave border agents in danger.”

Also on Wednesday, Elise shared an expose reporting that New York State spent
more than $4 billion over the past 2 years on programs and initiatives
addressing the illegal immigrant crisis. This breaks down to $215 per taxpayer
going directly to non-citizens.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Harris, Hochul, Adams, and Schumer created New York's illegal immigration
crisis. Now, every hardworking New York taxpayer is being forced to pick up the
bill. Illegal immigrants should NEVER be prioritized over New Yorkers!”

ICYMI, two illegal immigrant members of the Tren de Aragua gang murdered a
59-year-old in Connecticut on October 16th before fleeing to Upstate New York,
where they were apprehended by police in the City of Rensselaer.


Elise shared the city’s press release on X, stating –


“Every district is a border district. Once again, Kamala Harris’ open border
crisis has made every state and region in America less safe.”

On Thursday, Elise shared an article from Fox News, who investigated the
matter further. The gang members were arrested with their TWO INFANTS in their
car - a 1 year old and a 3 year old. To make matters worse, one of these
criminals was apprehended in 2022 and was a known gotaway who took advantage of
the Biden-Harris’ catch-and-release policy.


In a follow up post on X, Elise stated –


“Another day, another illegal immigrant crime in Kamala's America.

New York is not safe with Far Left Kamala Harris, Kathy Hochul, and Eric
Adams at the helm.”

Trump Making Historic Stop at Madison Square Garden THIS WEEKEND!


New York is in play in November, and President Trump is pulling out all the
stops! Tonight’s rally at Madison Square Garden is one of his final appearances
of the cycle and is sure to be one of his most memorable! Elise will be
addressing the sold-out crowd ahead of Trump’s speech, as will Speaker of the
House Mike Johnson and other top Team Trump surrogates! Tune in tonight at 5 pm!

“New Yorkers are fired up for President Trump's historic rally at the iconic
Madison Square Garden this weekend.

We are more energized than ever before to go to the ballot box and vote for

Elise Stumps for Trump-Vance in Nationwide TV Blitz


This week, Elise made half a dozen appearances on national and local TV
networks to promote the America First platform of Donald Trump, JD Vance, and
the Republican candidates fighting to flip Democratic incumbents in the House
and Senate!

In Wisconsin, she sat down with Gerron Jordan and Matt Smith on WISN 12 News’
Up Front, where she talked about President Trump’s winning message and how
America First policies are resonating with Wisconsin voters going into the
final two weeks of the campaign. She also spoke with CBS 58 to discuss how
hardworking families are feeling the pain of the failed economic policies of
the Biden-Harris Administration and how Donald Trump will once again deliver
the strongest economy America has seen in decades.

On Sunday, Elise joined Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy to discuss
President Trump’s record of results for women and hardworking families, the
importance of the upcoming election for House Republicans, and Open Border Czar
Kamala Harris’s absolute failure to keep American families safe.

She joined Fox News’ America Reports with John Roberts on Monday where she
discussed yet another instance of Kamala Harris turning her back on Israel.
Elise called for an immediate investigation into the catastrophic intelligence
leak from the Biden-Harris Administration that undermined Israel’s military
operations against Iran. Later in the day, she joined The Chris Salcedo Show on
Newsmax where she discussed 60 Minutes’ refusal to release the transcript of
their Kamala Harris interview, the disgraceful comments she made against
American voters, and the importance of voting for President Trump on November
5th!

On Tuesday, Elise joined American Agenda on Newsmax where she discussed
Republicans’ historic turnout in the first days of early voting throughout the
country, the critical House and Senate races where Republican candidates are
gaining even more momentum and cracking the “blue wall” Democrats were relying
on to protect the vulnerable incumbents.

On Wednesday, Elise joined Larry Kudlow on Fox Business. They discussed
President Trump and how his America First policies appeal to hardworking men
and women across the country and Kamala Harris’ disturbing dismissal of
religious voters while embracing pro-Hamas, pro-terrorist talking points.

Swing State Republicans Making Waves With Early Voting Turnout


Democrats and the mainstream media are clearly in a desperate free fall due
to the incredible momentum and support that President Trump has earned. As
early voting begins, Republicans across the country are turning out in historic
numbers to bank their vote to send Trump back to the White House and Save
America!

Elise Joins Congressman Marc Molinaro In Rensselaer County to Kick off
Hometown Priorities Tour


On Saturday afternoon, Elise joined NY-19 Congressman Marc Molinaro for a
rally in Rensselaer County to kick off his Hometown Priorities Tour. Molinaro
spent the week meeting directly with voters throughout the 19th District,
highlighting his record of success and putting New Yorkers first in Congress in
contrast to the open-border, New York LAST agenda of Downstate Radical Josh
Riley.

County - Marc is one of the hardest working Members of Congress and a genuine

Elise Attends Washington County GOP Dinner


On Saturday evening, Elise joined the Washington County GOP for their annual
dinner where she spoke to another PACKED room! Upstate Republicans are fired up
this year and are eager to build the Red Wave that will sweep across New York
on November 5th!

Elise on the Radio in Swing States


Elise was also hard at work campaigning for Republicans on the radio in key
swing states this week:

On Friday, Elise joined the Regular Joe Show in Green Bay to discuss
President Trump’s commitment to expanding school choice and educational
opportunity and his best moments at the Al Smith Dinner. Later in the day, she
joined the Dan O’Donnell show in Milwaukee where she talked about the many
failures of Kamala Harris, the rampant rise of antisemitism, and the importance
of getting out the vote for President Trump to Save America!

On Tuesday, she joined the Dom Giordano show in Philadelphia to discuss the
unmatched momentum of the Trump-Vance ticket in Pennsylvania and America First
candidates Dave McCormick for the US Senate, Ryan Mackenzie in PA-07, Rob
Bresnahan in PA-08 and Rob Mercuri in PA-17!

Elise made another appearance on Tuesday with the Chris Renwick Show on WJR
in Detroit. They discussed the ongoing conflict in Israel and contrasted the
intelligence leaks and foreign policy weakness of the Biden-Harris
Administration with President Trump’s record of no new wars and peace accords
in the Middle East. She later discussed how Michigan will play a key role in
November and encouraged listeners to turn out and vote for Mike Rogers to flip
the Senate and grow the House majority with candidates Tom Barrett in MI-07 and
Paul Junge in MI-08!

Her final Tuesday appearance was in Upstate New York, where she joined WATN’s
Hotline with Former Mayor of Watertown Jeff Graham. In fact, Jeff hosted Elise
for her first ever radio interview on the day she announced her first campaign
more than 10 years ago!

Elise Endorsed by 1003 Local Elected Officials in NY-21


On Thursday, Elise announced the endorsement of a total of 1003 local elected
officials from the 15 counties in NY-21!


Elise stated –

Elise Speaks Out Against NY Ballot Prop 1


This year, progressive activists in New York proposed an amendment to the New
York State Constitution that will appear on this year’s ballot. Despite calling
Prop 1 the “Equal Rights Amendment” it’s actually a vehicle to sneak through
radical woke policies that voters have previously rejected. The measure would
destroy the foundation of existing protections for women, children, and the
elderly by making “gender identity,” “gender expression” and “country of
origin” protected characteristics. The latter provisions of the amendment would
allow the Democrat majority in Albany to enact legislation to “dismantle
[previous] discrimination on the basis of [these identified characteristics.]”


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“New Yorkers should vote NO on Prop 1. This is a desperate attempt by Far Left
NY Democrats to backdoor more taxpayer funds for illegals, allow illegals to
vote, and take away parental rights that would allow biological men the right
to participate in girls' and women's sports.

Common sense New Yorkers across party lines have read the language of the
amendment and refuse to be duped by deceptive gaslighting maneuvers by failed
Democrats to desperately drive voters to the ballot box.

I urge all common-sense New Yorkers to flip their ballot over and Vote No on
Prop 1.”

Elise Celebrates National Apple Day


This Monday, October 21st, was National Apple Day! New York farmers produce
nearly 30 million apples every year, making it the 2nd largest producer in the
country!


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“On National Apple Day, I’m proud to represent #NY21 which is home to some of
the most incredible apple orchards in the world. 🍎🍏

Thousands flock to Upstate New York and the North Country to enjoy delicious
apples grown and cultivated in our communities each season. We love our farms

Loretta Lynch Sells Out


On Monday, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch sold out the United States.
She filed a lawsuit against the Department of Defense on behalf of DJI, a
Chinese drone company barred from engaging with the Department of Defense
supply chain due to its extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party. This is
not a partisan issue. Throughout both the Trump and Biden Administrations, the
Department of Defense has been outspoken on the national security threat posed
by DJI and its drones. In fact, the legislation that added DJI to the list of
prohibited Chinese Military Companies legislation passed in the 117th Congress–
when Democrats had control of the House.


Elise stated –


“Barack Obama’s former Attorney General Loretta Lynch has turned her back on
her nation, selling out to our greatest adversary Communist China and suing the
United States on behalf of CCP-owned drone company DJI. Not only is her lawsuit
full of factual errors, it is also an obvious effort by DJI to distract from
CBP’s recent halting of DJI imports due to Uyghur slave labor concerns and a
futile attempt to disrupt the momentum behind my unanimously passed Countering
CCP Drones Act. DJI’s time in the United States is rightfully coming to an end
and Loretta Lynch’s sham lawsuit is not going to save them.”
