I firmly believe that Josh Stein is the leader North Carolina needs. As Attorney General, he ended the nation’s largest rape kit backlog and held Big Pharma accountable for its role in the opioid crisis.

As Governor, he’ll protect access to reproductive health care, fight for our public schools, keep our communities safe, and defend our democracy from far-right extremism.

His opponent, in contrast, almost defies imagination, even for someone who creates stories for a living. He’s threatened to ban abortion (with no exceptions), promoted baseless conspiracy theories, and spread lies and hatred.

I care deeply about the future of North Carolina. My wife was born in Raleigh, we have a home in Chapel Hill, and my family is full of Tar Heels.

That’s why I know that we must do whatever it takes to make sure Josh Stein wins on Election Day.
