Louisiana AG sues Sec. Mayorkas for housing Chinese
illegal immigrant infected with 'rare, aggressive, and drug-resistant form
of tuberculosis'
The Louisiana AG, Governor, and Surgeon General have taken action
after a Chinese illegal immigrant was transported into the state by the
Department of Homeland Security infected with a "rare, aggressive, and
drug-resistant form of tuberculosis."
