Team — bad news:
another challenger has decided to get in the race to defeat Josh.
The newest candidate is getting into this race after leaving his job overseeing three VA homes for the state — where his mismanagement let COVID-19 spread to residents, patients and staff. When he left his job, more than 60 people were dead, and 98% of residents had tested positive or were waiting for test results.
This is unacceptable.
Josh has never been afraid to be blunt — and when he saw the gross mismanagement of our VA homes, he took action by helping send in the National Guard to help with staffing and he demanded an investigation into the homes that weren’t compliant.
Now, this opponent has decided to run a campaign against Josh based solely on spite for Josh getting things done —
that’s not how to lead New Jersey into a safer and better tomorrow.
