In this election, the lives of countless future preborn children are on the ballot. 

In more than ten states, voters will decide directly on life-and-death questions—whether innocent preborn children will be protected or if abortion will be allowed through all nine months of pregnancy. 

These are not just political battles—they are moral battles, with dangerous amendments and propositions on the ballot that threaten to legalize the killing of children through brutal starvation and dismemberment abortions. 

These ballot questions are good versus evil. Will we allow the abortion industry to set up killing centers in our communities?

How to Vote for Life in Your State:

• Arizona – Vote NO on Proposition 139: Allows abortion on preborn children through all nine months of pregnancy. 
• Colorado – Vote NO on Amendment 79: Allows abortion on preborn children through all nine months and forces taxpayer funding for abortion.
• Florida – Vote NO on Amendment 4: Eliminates protections for preborn babies once they have a detectable heartbeat, and allows abortion on children through nine months.
• Missouri – Vote NO on Amendment 3: Eliminates state law that protects life at the moment of fertilization and legalizes abortion on babies through all nine months of pregnancy.
• Maryland – Vote AGAINST Question 1: Enshrines abortion up until the moment of birth in the state constitution and removes all parental involvement laws.
• Montana – Vote NO on CI-128: Legalizes late-term abortion on preborn children and repeals all pro-life laws. 
• Nebraska – Vote AGAINST Initiative 439: Permits abortion on preborn children through all nine months of pregnancy.
• Nevada – Vote NO on Question 6: Expands abortion through birth and forces taxpayer funding.
• New York – Vote NO on Proposal 1: Enshrines abortion on preborn children through all nine months in the state constitution.
• South Dakota – Vote NO on Amendment G: Eliminates state law that protects life at the moment of fertilization and legalizes abortion on babies through all nine months of pregnancy.
• Texas (Amarillo) – Vote FOR Proposition A “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” Ordinance: Further prohibits elective abortion in Amarillo as well as abortion trafficking across state lines, ensuring preborn children are protected from brutal abortion procedures.
• West Virginia – Vote YES on Amendment One: Protects life by banning assisted suicide, ensuring that every life is treated with dignity and protected from euthanasia.
