Click here John, Whether your home is in a city or a forest, in the mountains or surrounded by farmland, we all want to protect clean air and water both for ourselves and for future generations. In this election, millionaires and corporate special interests threaten this basic right to live free of pollution. Initiative 2066 would increase our energy bills and make our homes less efficient. Initiative 2117 would increase traffic, increase air pollution and stall investment in sustainable forestry and the transition to clean energy. But we have good news! NPI: Northwest Progressive Institute Recent polls from Seattle Times, Crosscut, and NPI make it clear that when voters learn more about these misleading initiatives and what they do to people and our environment, they realize voting NO is the right choice! Now that ballots are in your hands, vote NO on all the initiatives. Vote down the ballot, especially for environmental champions like Dave Upthegrove for Commissioner of Public Lands. Vote right now.
