Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, abortion rights have been left up to the states. 

Republicans have taken advantage of this to pass extreme abortion bans across the country, including North Dakota.

Even though a North Dakota judge overturned our state’s abortion ban, the Republican controlled-legislature can just pass another ban.

That’s the scary reality of leaving abortion rights to the states.

We MUST pass protections for abortion rights on the federal level and protect women’s rights nationwide.

But Kevin Cramer admitted in our debate that he believes overturning Roe v. Wade “was a gift” – he will NEVER stand up for women’s rights in the Senate.

John, I can’t overstate the severity of this situation: It has never been more urgent to elect a Senator who will protect women’s rights.
