With so much attention on the presidential race, a lot of folks are just now tuning in to “down-ballot races” like governor and Congress.

John —  Bob Ferguson here. I’m about to ask you to split a donation between my campaign for Governor and Emily Randall for Congress.

But first, an update on the state of the election in Washington:

Like Emily, I’m running against an anti-choice Republican.

In public, my opponent paints himself as a moderate. But here’s what he said to a group of his supporters:

“We have to get some independents and moderates. That’s what we got to do to win. And when we get in there, that’s when we’re going to make some changes. That’s when we start showing our conservative ideals.”

That’s such a cynical brand of politics — saying one thing in public and another behind closed doors.

With so much attention on the presidential race, a lot of folks are just now tuning in to “down-ballot races” like governor and Congress.

Time is running out to let every voter know the stakes of this election for reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, affordability, and more. I’m asking, John: Can you split a donation between my campaign and Emily Randall so we can get our message out and win?

I appreciate anything you can give. Thank you so much for your support.
