Friends,

On March 24, Governor Cuomo said "my mother is not expendable, your
mother is not expendable."

On March 25, Cuomo mandated nursing homes to accept COVID positive
patients, where our most vulnerable mothers and fathers reside.

On March 27, Cuomo then released 1,100 parole violators from prison
later citing concerns over inmates contracting COVID-19.

Governor Cuomo made his priorities clear. He protected the interest of
criminals but put our most vulnerable at risk.
On Thursday, I spoke on Tucker Carlson Tonight to bring national
attention to this ever-growing scandal.

WATCH NOW

Even after the USNS Comfort arrived, and the Javits Center and South
Beach Psych facilities were accepting patients, positive patients were
sent to nursing homes.

Over 5,000 patients in Long Term Care Facilities in New York are
believed to have succumbed to COVID-19 since the outbreak struck New
York City and the state, accounting for 25% of the deaths in New York.

Something is very wrong here and the public deserves answers.

This is why I wrote a letter calling on the U.S. Attorney General
William Barr to initiate an investigation into the state's mishandling
of nursing homes. Yesterday, Governor Cuomo responded by rescinding his
executive order but the public still deserves answers.

We must ensure nothing like this happens again.

Sincerely,

Nicole Malliotakis
