Donald Trump has decided Anthony Fauci will testify on his administration’s pandemic response -- but only to the Republican-controlled Senate, not the Democratic-led House.
The View’s Joy Behar has presented one theory why, saying, “The ‘wartime president’ is scared of Maxine Waters -- he’s just scared of her. She might ask a question of Dr. Fauci that makes [Trump] look bad.”
Maxine Waters, who recently lost her sister to COVID, has previously said that Donald Trump should not only be imprisoned but “placed in solitary confinement.” Trump, on the other hand, has called the House Financial Services Chairwoman a “seriously low IQ person.”
