Scoop: GOP doubling down in toss-up Michigan Senate race

Analysis

Our recent internal polling currently has Mike Rogers and Elisa Slotkin dead
even in a head-to-head matchup (48%–48%). On the multi-candidate ballot, Rogers
trails Slotkin by just 1-point (48%-49%), with only 3% left undecided. Rogers’
name awareness and image have continued to show improvement across the
state—40% say they are favorable of Rogers and 38% say unfavorable. He has
maintained this marginal net positive image since September. Rogers’ numbers
are closing the gap between him and Slotkin and as these trends continue, we
see a very attainable victory for our candidate. – NRSC
