With just 10 days until Election Day, new fundraising numbers show MAGA Republican candidate Hung Cao outraising Tim Kaine in the battle for Virginia’s U.S. Senate seat. Take a look:

This is bad news for Democrats. Here’s why:

1. Cao’s million dollar raise from the first two weeks of October comes right on the heels of his massive $3.5 million haul in Q3 — meaning his financial momentum is growing, and fast.


2. Tim Kaine has been criss-crossing Virginia to organize a massive GOTV program, but it’s clear now that defeating Cao and Trump is going to take more resources than we thought.


3. There are less than two weeks left for us to match these fundraising numbers, so we need everyone to do their part.
