• Despite previously self-funding his races at historic levels, Rick Scott has never won an election in Florida by more than 1%.

• Another advantage is the popular ballot initiative for restoring abortion rights, which is expected to help drive turnout similar to that of the 2020 election.
• With a personal story that easily counters Scott's "socialism" attacks, and regular appearances on Spanish-language media, Debbie can rally Latino voters — nearly 1 in every 4 voters in Florida — unlike any other Senate candidate this cycle.
