A state law in Ohio mandates that all kids receive transportation to school. However, a city in Ohio is violating this law by REFUSING to transport kids to Christian schools.

We filed a lawsuit at the Ohio Supreme Court to force the city to uphold parental rights and school choice and stop discriminating against Christian education.

Parents have the right to choose whichever school they believe will provide the best education – whether it's a private, religious, charter, homeschool, or public school – regardless of economic standing.

Update: ACLJ Files Vital Brief in School Choice Case.

We took direct legal action after the Biden-Harris military was caught labeling pro-life organizations like Operation Rescue, pro-life counselors, and anyone with a "Choose Life" license plate as "terrorist groups" in an official military training program.

After receiving our demand letter, the Army issued a statement specifically acknowledging that our longtime client, Operation Rescue, is not a terrorist group and clarifying that the training "inaccurately referenced non-profit public advocacy organizations National Right to Life, Operation Rescue, . . . as terrorist groups."

This is a massive win, but we will continue to fight through our FOIA requests to expose how the Biden-Harris Administration's blatant attempt to malign pro-lifers began.
