John — I have some alarming news to share.
Steve Garvey outraised our campaign again. For the third fundraising period in a row. This time he raised over $1.2 million in the last two weeks alone, no doubt boosted by Trump’s attacks on me as the “enemy within.”
This is a MAJOR problem. We only have a handful of days left to make up the difference in our fundraising. Can I count on you to rush in a contribution before midnight to help us close the gap?

Garvey has now raised over $18 million during this campaign. Every day we let pass without responding to Garvey’s fundraising numbers is another opportunity for him to reach undecided voters in the California Senate race — and more MAGA candidates to press their advantage down-ballot.
John, the implications go beyond just our race: If Garvey turns out GOP voters, we are putting in jeopardy the half-dozen toss-up House races in California that could determine the House majority.
We can’t count out Republican candidates in California. We simply can’t.
