Howdy,
We are thrilled to welcome President Trump to Texas today! This week, over 2.8 million Texans have cast their ballots in this important election. While Texas Republicans have the edge, we must keep our guard up until we see victory on November 5. Election integrity is critical to Texas Republicans. It is a legislative priority and we take it seriously.
Many of you are on the front lines of this election serving as election workers and watchers. Thank you for your service.
You can help Texas by identifying ten friends and making sure that they vote Republican all the way down the ballot. Additionally, every voter should check their ballot carefully to confirm that their ballot reflects their selections and correct ballot style.

The Republican Party of Texas election integrity war room hotline has been fielding calls and emails from across the state. Please save this number for future reference.
If you see an election violation, please report it to both the Republican Party of Texas election integrity war room hotline and the Texas Secretary of State. All election law violations should be reported to the Texas Secretary of State, and all criminal law violations should be reported to your local law enforcement authority.
On October 11, 2024, the Texas Secretary of State issued updated guidance on how to handle a limited-term driver’s license as a poll worker. It is imperative that this guidance is followed. Secretary Nelson instructs, “[w]hen an individual attempts to vote by presenting a temporary or limited-term driver’s license (which federal regulations say must be issued only to non-citizens who are lawfully present in this country) election workers must require that the individual produce a naturalization card or naturalization certificate demonstrating U.S. citizenship to receive a regular ballot.”

This week, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden-Harris administration for refusing to verify the citizenship status of potentially ineligible voters on our voter rolls. General Paxton made a criminal referral to the Department of Justice after his investigation of ActBlue revealed that suspicious actors seemingly use ActBlue’s political fundraising platform to make illegal straw donations. General Paxton filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Department of Justice to investigate that agency’s intimidation of Elon Musk, a Texas Republican, over his voter registration program that performs outreach to supporters of First and Second Amendment rights. We are grateful to General Paxton for standing up for Texans and election integrity.
Lastly, as a party, we are doing all we can up and down the ballot to secure Republican victories statewide. There are many critical seats across the state that are available to flip red. Please consider contributing today to help our Republicans win big this November!
