It’s been over six decades since President John F. Kennedy’s momentous and very public assassination, and the CIA remains the most obvious suspect in the conspiracy behind the crime.
Although an old story, the agency’s potential involvement remains deeply relevant today. It’s an undeniable indicator of whether or not America’s “democracy” is real.
JFK’s murder was more than a high-profile hit job. It was a coup against the American people. Kennedy was duly elected by the country’s electorate, and his cataclysmic ouster represented the most undemocratic transfer of power imaginable. If the CIA did it, then our republic being “of, by, and for the people” is nothing more than a mirage.
