You know policy is my love language. Vice President Harris and
Governor Walz have proposed several policies that will strengthen our
economy, protect our rights, and take us forward — not backward. The
former occupant of the White House, on the other hand, says he has
“concepts” of plans.
But we really know that his plan is Project 2025, and we know the real
lasting harm it would cause on our lives and our government.
In this election, there’s only one choice we can make if we want to see
the bold, progressive policies that will create real, transformative
change. Policies like:
* Expanding and protecting abortion access nationally
* Lowering the cost of everyday needs like groceries and housing
* Cutting taxes for working and middle class families, not billionaires
* Making rent more affordable and homeownership more attainable
* Investing in affordable child care and long-term care
* Taking on Big Pharma and lowering drug costs for everyone
* Ending the burden of student loan debt and making higher education
more affordable
* Passing the John Lewis Voting Rights and the Freedom to Vote Acts
* Offering small business loans to communities that have been overlooked
* Fighting against gun violence
* Protecting our planet from climate change
That to me
looks like real change rooted in humanity. If hurt and harm can be
legislated, then we can and we must legislate healing, equity and justice.
Vice President Harris and Governor Walz are fighting to protect our
fundamental freedoms, strengthen our democracy, and ensure every person
has the opportunity to not just get by, but to get ahead.

about, we can win.
Onward,
