We made a very difficult decision last
week.

We had a Team Slotkin meeting where it became clear that if we had a bit
more money, we could make a real play for additional votes as voting was
underway across the state.

The money wasn't in the budget. But I gave the green light.

It's a risk. But this is the moment to take some risks. I've had similar
moments in prior years. We can't get caught short when people are
already casting their ballots in this election. That'd be a mistake.

But the bet we made was that, as the race tightens, and if we asked, our
supporters would come through to help fill the gap. We hope that you
will. To keep the Senate in the hands of the Democrats.
