The cryptocurrency AKA crypto lobby is rapidly becoming one of the largest spenders in U.S. elections, making up HALF of all corporate political donations this cycle, John. Let us explain why that’s a problem…

The crypto industry has always just been Wall Street with a new name. Plagued by corporate greed and corruption since the start, just like Wall Street billionaires, it's willing to spend as much money as possible to avoid being regulated and held accountable by Congress.

Like AIPAC, crypto wants to flood our elections with dark money and buy off candidates who will put the interests and profits of billionaires before the well-being and needs of the people, shaping policy and legislation in their favor for years to come.

It’s bad enough that right-wing billionaire-backed lobbies like AIPAC have such a grip on our political system — we witnessed them spend more than ever before to defeat progressive champions Rep. Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush in the 2024 primaries. We can’t let crypto just mimic AIPAC's playbook corrupting our democracy.

The solution? We need to combat the tens of millions of dollars from corporate executives and crypto companies with grassroots donations from everyday people like you, and use those resources to recruit and elect progressive congressional candidates committed to fighting for us and standing up to the billionaire class.

It’s up to us to prove that our elections are not for sale, John. Will you help us by contributing $5 or whatever you can today to help ensure we reach our October 31st fundraising goal?

Contribute $5

The more we raise from regular people like you from emails like this one, the more progressive leaders we can send to Washington to fight for working families and stand up to corporate special interests like the crypto lobby.

In solidarity,
