Dear John,
As summer winds down, we're gearing up for Facing Race—the nation's
largest multiracial and intergenerational racial justice conference.
Picture this: a vibrant space filled with thousands of advocates and
co-conspirators, ready to stir up "good trouble" in pursuit of a just,
inclusive future for all.
Now imagine yourself in this space with us, making connections at the
Facing Race Party, exploring larger-than-life art installations, cooking
up post-election game plans to safeguard our democracy, and engaging in
thought-provoking discussions at breakout sessions.
Don't miss out on this year's Facing Race conference in St. Louis,
Missouri. Register now to secure your spot.

STL Culture Takes Center Stage
As I See You
This month marks 10 years since Brown was shot and killed by a Missouri
police officer. His death sparked a national conversation on racial
disparities in policing and fueled the Black Lives Matter movement.
This year, Facing Race is proud to host three major art installations,
including the " As I See You Exhibit: A Tribute to Michael Brown Jr.

" It's produced by the Michael Brown Sr. Chosen For Change Organization
with the help of Artivists STL.

The exhibit is like stepping into Michael's world. Through artwork and
momentos of his life – from childhood memories to the streets of
Ferguson – you'll get to know "Mike Mike" the way his loved ones did.
It's a powerful reminder of the person behind the headlines.
To see the exhibit before Facing Race, join us at the kickoff event for
Cultural Week of Action in September.
