Sheltering in place looks very different for survivors of sex trafficking, and the services offered are crucial to their well-being. COVID-19 has made that even more critical to their journey towards healing. On May 13 we are bringing together those who offer general services, community-based and home-based care to share solutions for how they are dealing with being there for those in a drop-in center or those living in a full-time residential home. They will also discuss the challenges they face now to keep a stable foundation of victim-centered and trauma informed care during these shifting times.
We invite you to join us for the third of three conversation-style webinars with panelists from different areas of expertise including, but not limited to Service Providers and Housing Coordinators.
Our staff hosts will facilitate the discussion, as our panelists Amber Davies, Lucy Bloom and John Long not only lead with information, but also participate in conversation with attendees that have questions and solutions of their own to share.
Join us for this Boots-on-the-Ground look at the Impact of COVID-19. Our scheduled panelists are coming to us from these areas of involvement. We hope you’ll join us.
