John,

This is a HUGE week at the Supreme Court.

I have been arguing cases at the Supreme Court over the course of four decades. We've won some LANDMARK victories for life and religious liberty during that time.

This week, the Supreme Court will continue hearing cases via first-ever teleconferences. TODAY, the Justices will hear oral arguments in a significant case for religious liberty in which we filed a critically important amicus brief defending religious institutions, particularly Christian schools.

Essentially, the Supreme Court must decide if the government can force church-run schools to employ people who do not follow the Church's teachings.

In the last few weeks, we have filed briefs at the Supreme Court to defend pro-life counselors who are saving lives, allow states to defund Planned Parenthood, and end the abortion-pill mandate. Our vital work at the Supreme Court over all these years would NOT BE POSSIBLE without YOU.

Even during this pandemic, our work does not stop. Now we need you to take action with us to defend churches before the Supreme Court's deadline.
