This is why Trump cannot stand Adam and cannot help but make him the
target of endless, compulsive attacks:

* Adam investigated Trump’s 2016 election interference as chair of the
House Intelligence Committee.
* Adam led Trump’s first impeachment and prosecuted Trump’s Senate trial
for breaking federal law by withholding military aid to get dirt on
Joe Biden.
* Adam served on the January 6 Committee — and when House Republicans
took back power, they punished him for it.

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy removed Adam from the Intelligence
Committee. MAGA Republicans censured him under Trump’s personal threat.

And Trump has threatened Adam with imprisonment, prosecution, and now, the
United States military.

The scary thing is,

who can stop him.

His own party won’t do it. The far-right Supreme Court majority he
appointed won’t do it.
