Aside from the very obvious and impressively cringeworthy nature of this staged stunt, the truly remarkable takeaway here is just how incomprehensibly insecure the disgraced ex-president is and disqualifying his need for constant praise actually makes him. This man simply cannot be allowed another term. He is beyond compromised.
