North Carolina's pro-abortion governor, Roy Cooper, declared abortion an "essential service" when he put the state under a stay-at-home order. Then, earlier this month, pro-life activists were taken into custody outside of Charlotte and Greensboro abortion clinics... simply for peacefully (and safely) assembling to exercise their constitutional rights.
This discrimination and abuse of power cannot be allowed to stand.
Ted has called out Governor Cooper and the agencies involved in these arrests. And now, Love Life – the Charlotte-based ministry whose members were arrested – is suing the city of Greensboro and Guildford County.
We know where this governor stands. He revealed his extreme pro-abortion agenda when he vetoed the "Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act" last year.
But using the power of government to SILENCE pro-life voices? It's absolutely appalling and inexcusable.
Demand Governor Cooper take action to stop this discrimination.
