Friend,
It may seem obvious, but it’s worth a reminder: Members of Congress are elected to serve each and every person they represent.
Service is what this job is all about.
That’s why my team and I jumped at a recent opportunity to serve a resident of IL-17 who served our country valiantly in World War II.
Roald Zvonik, a 98-year-old-Navy veteran, had never received he coveted medals he earned during the war. We had the honor of presenting him the medals he rightly deserves, earned decades ago in the war.
It was my honor and privilege to serve our neighbor Roald, and I pledge to continue to serve neighbors of all stripes in IL-17 as long as I’m in office.
With less than two weeks until Election Day, attacks from the far right are coming fast and furious against me. I need your help to push back and get out the vote to keep this seat blue. Will you chip in $10 today to help us defend this critical seat?
One more thing: You can watch our new ad, featuring Roald Zvonik’s story, below.
Thank you for standing with me,
- Eric |
