Every weekend, Team Lyerly is on the phones and at doors talking to voters. Except for one very crucial window:

Packers Games.

Rule #1 of campaigning in Wisconsin: Never try to talk politics with a Cheesehead when the Pack is playing.

That does mean there are 3-4 crucial hours every week where we can't talk to voters.

The solution? We're running ads during the game — when nearly every voter in WI-08 will be tuned in.

This isn't a Hail Mary. It's more like Lombardi's Packers sweep: a tried-and-true move that can bring home big wins.
