Contract changes
DES issues additional awards for renewable diesel and will call categories and makes changes to renewable diesel category
Effective Oct. 15, DES signed an amendment for contract 08721, which includes additional awards with Christensen for renewable diesel and will call categories in the Southwest region. The contract also includes lowering the renewable diesel drop fee in the Northwest 1 region.

DES not renewing custom jumpsuits contract
Contract 00619 for custom jumpsuits is set to expire Nov. 30, 2025. DES does not plan to renew the contract.
Custom jumpsuits can be purchased under agencies’ procurement authority as a competitive solicitation, direct buy, or other procurement method.

Expiring forklift contract may lead to purchasing gap
Contract 06115 for forklifts expires Oct. 31 so there will be a gap in contract coverage. We encourage purchasers to place orders before the expiration date.
We are in the process of developing a new contract. We are in the drafting process and expect to award the contract in early 2025.

DES and contractor agree to terminate process server services contract
DES and Delivery Pullman, LLC, mutually agreed to end contract 17422 for process server services, due to no sales activity. Delivery Pullman, LLC, was removed from the contract, effective Oct. 14.

DES assigns new contractor to discovery services contract
DES updated contract 10521 for discovery services, effective Sept. 30.
The contract with Discover-e Legal LLC, dba Novitas Data LLC, has been assigned to Proteus Discovery Group, LLC. Proteus Discovery Group, LLC, will fulfill all outstanding orders with Discover-e Legal LLC, dba Novitas Data LLC.
