First and foremost, I want to thank you for supporting me throughout this campaign.

I am no fan of having to send out these emails and text messages. Sometimes I have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea that people actually give to them.



And while I wish to my core I did not have to send another email asking you to donate, that is what I have to do today. Here’s why:

A look at the recent polls show everything is definitely tightening here in Michigan. What was once a small lead for Kamala Harris has shrunk.

And polls in our race show that it’s tied.

I know that there are so many campaigns asking and so many demands on your attention and your wallet — but if you are in a position to do so and are looking for a place your donation can have an outsized impact on this election, my race is the place.
