Parents need support now more than ever. In a recent webinar with the Children's Institute, we discussed four key things you can do to support children during this pandemic:

  • Establish routines to create structure and help regulate your kid's emotions.
  • Play is how children learn, so help them experience joy and curiosity every day.
  • Promote social connection—even during this time of physical distancing, like video chatting with friends, families or neighbors.
  • Make sure there is time when you can give your children undivided attention. Having moments where it's just you and your child reminds them that they are important and safe.
