Happy Mother’s Day, John!

On Team Long, we understand mothering in any capacity as a daring act of hope for a better future. To raise a child, to take care of a community, to teach and learn and work towards a stronger tomorrow -- these are all acts of courage that we’re excited to celebrate today.

On and off the campaign trail, it’s clear to us that Carolyn is living out the values she hopes to exemplify for her own daughter, Tennyson. She is a model of service, generosity, loyalty, and authenticity. When the whirlwind of campaigning picks up, we can always count on Carolyn to keep us all grounded while also pushing us to reach higher.

For that and so much more, we celebrate Carolyn and all role models like her. But Mother’s Day, certainly, means different things to different people. So today, we’d love it if you would take a moment to let us know what the day means for you, or write a special Mother's Day note to Carolyn.
