Yesterday morning, Liz Cheney endorsed Elissa Slotkin in our race for U.S. Senate in Michigan.

We want to tell you why this endorsement means so much, and then ask you to make a contribution to help us make the most of this moment.

Here is the truth:

For Independent and Republican voters who are on the fence about who to vote for in this election, hearing Liz Cheney say that Elissa "is someone who is laser-focused on doing the right thing for the people she represents, and will put service to our country over service to herself every time" -- that makes a difference.

It's not that every Republican in the state is going to magically vote for Elissa, but some will. And it doesn't take many Republican flips to put us over the top in a close race.

And by the way, the same Republicans motivated by Liz Cheney to flip for Elissa, are also the ones that are likely to do the same for Kamala Harris, who Liz also endorsed.

So now what?

This endorsement got some attention, but now it’s up to us to take that message and deliver this news to Republicans and right-leaning Independents we think we can flip.

But that takes resources. It's hard work. But it's the kind of work and voters we need to win this race while helping defeat Trump here.
