I need you to take a couple of minutes to understand the truth behind Harris’s border policy aspirations.
Kamala Harris's proposed immigration policies directly continue the current administration’s approach, prioritizing mass legalization over enforcement of immigration laws. Under Harris, the United States would experience an open-border policy that transforms the legal landscape for millions of illegals, documented and undocumented.
Harris’s future administration aims to make all illegal immigrants "lawfully present," fast-tracking them toward U.S. citizenship through pre-filled naturalization applications. Her $4B "Pathway to Citizenship Act of 2021" (HR 1177) includes measures that should outrage every American.
Her treasonous bill legalizes unmitigated immigration. It is a come-one-come-all administrative process that openly hands out lawful status, right to work, and access to citizenship benefits like health care and social security without restrictions.
Here, theatrical accusations hurled at Republicans and Trump, claiming they are choosing politics over fixing the border, is a guise for eliminating immigration laws and restrictions altogether. On the campaign trail, she never mentions HR2, an actual border bill passed by the House, killed in the Senate.
Let’s face it. If we eliminated laws and restrictions, we no longer have an “illegal immigration crisis,” right?
Harris’s boasted, radical bill, “presented within hours of taking office,” was so over the top that it was dead on arrival amongst her colleagues. But that didn’t deter her ambitions, as demonstrated by DHS Secretary Mayorkas's lawless, unmitigated administrative abuse of granting discretionary asylum, expanding camps down in the Darian Gap, and false claims of “operational control,” which resulted in his impeachment in the House.
The Pathway to Citizenship Act of 2021 is truly the most radical immigration bill ever introduced before Congress. It is 160 pages and 55,826 words, requiring nearly 6 hours to read, let alone disseminate.
Here's what some of the policy entails:

- Mass Legalization: Illegal immigrants and non-citizens would automatically receive lawful status and permanent residency, followed by U.S. citizenship after a three-year process.
- Decriminalization: Illegal immigration would be decriminalized, and deportations would halt, no matter the circumstances.
- Redefinition of "Illegal": The term "alien" would be erased from U.S. legal vernacular, replaced with "non-citizen," ensuring no one is labeled an illegal resident.
- Work Protections for Non-Citizens: U.S. employers would be barred from giving preference to American workers. Violating this would result in penalties. Every migrant would have a right to work.
- Pathway to Citizenship for Specific Groups: DACA recipients, high school graduates, and individuals with military service or employment history would immediately receive permanent residency. It prioritizes those in the low income bracket.
- Healthcare and Social Security Benefits: All legalized non-citizens would qualify for full employment rights, access to healthcare under the Affordable Care Act, and Social Security benefits.
- Relaxation for Criminals: Harris’s policy would allow many criminal immigrants to stay in the U.S., as long as they show “evidence of rehabilitation,” limiting deportations.
- Processing Centers in Central America: These centers in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador would bypass the border, legally facilitating migration into the U.S. while excluding countries like Mexico and Venezuela.
- Half the $4B appropriated will go towards education, health, crime reforms, and other developments in Central America.

These policies create the most expansive path to citizenship ever seen. While claiming to address immigration issues, they would instead erode border security, prevent deportations, and incentivize mass migration, granting illegal immigrants unprecedented access to U.S. rights and benefits.
One thing is certain: in Harris’s first term as president, she would successfully add 20 to 30 million new Democratic voters, particularly in swing states and counties, before the next presidential election, forever enshrining a progressive one-party takeover.
Kamala Harris’s border policy is a blueprint for a globalist agenda of mass amnesty, expedited naturalization, and unchecked migration. She's fought for her lifelong career aspiration to “decriminalize” illegal aliens, and she passionately believes in it. Her deceptive double-speak to deceive voters to hide her border policy cannot be allowed to happen on our watch! She says she “will follow the law,” which she has refused to recognize for four years and intends to erase!
Will we surrender our country or will we defend the Constitution, the rule of law, and our national borders?
Remember, the majority of Americans want secure borders and mass deportations, which will never happen if we fail to oppose Harris and her Democrat colleagues at the ballot box!
