On the town hall stage tonight, I discussed the issues that matter most to families across America: Like lowering costs, investing in our small businesses and entrepreneurs, protecting reproductive freedom, and keeping our communities safe.

That is not what we hear from Donald Trump and his Republicans. We must turn the page on their extreme, dangerous policies. And it will require more than winning the White House.

We must also elect Democratic governors in battleground states like North Carolina and New Hampshire who will fight for our vision and defend our fundamental freedoms. And we know the outcome of these races will come down to the slimmest of margins.
