 Friend: Thank you so much for all your support and for standing with me in my campaign to flip OR-05 blue. This is a bit of a longer note, so if you don’t have time to read from start to finish (that’s okay!), I hope you’ll consider pitching in a few dollars to power our final two weeks. Ballots are already out, so every dollar helps us to reach voters before Election Day. Your commitment to this campaign means the world to me, and I can tell you one thing for sure: We couldn’t have gotten this far without you. Since I launched my campaign for Congress, we’ve come such a long way, but here's where it all started: I’ve never been afraid to stand up to anyone to ensure Oregonians can get ahead. It’s what my family taught me to do. I learned early on from my grandfather, a police officer, and my parents, both teachers, that you don’t stop fighting until you get the job done for your community. As a State Representative, small business owner, and mother of four, I strive to live out these ideals every single day. That’s why I’ve fought hard in the State Legislature to lower costs, codify reproductive rights, build affordable housing, address homelessness, and tackle the climate crisis. That’s why I’ve always been proud to mentor my employees and help provide scholarships to continue their education. And that’s why, when Lori Chavez-DeRemer turned her back on our community to pursue a dangerous, extremist agenda, I decided to run for Congress.
