We are working to build a future where everyone has access to the care that's right for them, no matter who they are or where they live.
We believe that people must be free to control their bodies and live their lives without interference from politicians.
I believe in that vision, and I know you do too.
Want to know what the exact opposite looks like? Somebody wrote it all down:It's called Project 2025.
Project 2025 is a detailed playbook to restrict abortion nationwide, control and limit access to health care, and restrict reproductive rights.
Here's the unjust vision of the future Project 2025's authors have mapped out:
1
Banning medication abortion. Project 2025 includes a plan to reverse FDA approval for medication abortion — eliminating access to a safe and effective way to end a pregnancy that has been used by over 5 million people in the last 23 years.
2
Monitoring pregnant people. Under Project 2025, the Department of Health and Human Services would be renamed the “Department of Life.” The federal government would collect and keep records of every pregnancy that doesn't end in a live birth. That means every abortion or miscarriage would be reported to Project 2025's “Department of Life.”
3
"Defunding" Planned Parenthood and blocking patients from care. The years-long attacks on Planned Parenthood would get even worse. Project 2025 demands an end to federal funding for Planned Parenthood health centers and any health care provider that also provides abortion. That means leaving more people without access to birth control, cancer screenings, STI testing, and more critical services.
This just scratches the surface of how the people behind Project 2025 want to demolish our rights, control our bodies, and decide our future.
It's up to us to make sure they never get the chance. Know the stakes, spread the word — and if you haven't already, make a plan to vote.
