Mass Senior Action: Bus Network Redesign

Join Mass Senior Action to discuss and help shape the future of public transit bus routes. The T aims to enhance service with more high-frequency lines (every 15 minutes or better) and updates to outdated routes. Changes will unfold over 5 phases in the next 5+ years, starting with Phase 1 in December 2024. This will impact routes like the 86, 104, 109, 110, 116, and 117, eventually affecting over 130 lines.

Will new stops have benches and shelters?
Can we increase bus frequency?
Will transfers be accessible?

These demands for shelter are critical and center on the kind of environmental and transit organizing our communities need. Join Mass Senior Action to ensure all riders, especially seniors, are heard during these changes.
