FIRST: The Supreme Court overturned Roe, obliterating federal protections for abortion—Ohio Republicans wasted no time banning reproductive healthcare in the state.

THEN: We fought back, mobilizing hundreds of thousands of Ohioans to get to the polls, where we overwhelmingly voted to approve a constitutional amendment protecting abortion rights. But Ohio Republicans have been challenging our victory ever since.
