** About Agricultural Worker Health Symposia
------------------------------------------------------------
After more than 30 years of offering annual in-person workforce development opportunities through the Regional Stream Forums, NCFH is excited to transition to our new offerings of two annual, national Agricultural Worker Health Symposia to continue meeting the ever-changing needs of the health center workforce.
* The Symposia are based on three foundational pillars: in-depth learning, community and connectedness, and leadership development -- all essential to developing the next generation of Agricultural Worker Health Champions that will continue to lead this movement forward.
* The purpose/goal of these national events is to offer participants a deeper dive into a given topic area of high priority to staff and board of health centers and other agricultural worker-serving organizations through hands-on learning and peer-to-peer sharing of strategies, challenges, successes, and resources.
Join us in as we enter a new era for agricultural worker-specific workforce development trainings by attending the Fall 2024 Symposium. We hope to see you in Tampa!
