Report: Shifting Sands: Zombie Psychology, Implicit Bias Theory, and the Implicit Association Test

Shifting Sands: Zombie Psychology examines the science underlying implicit bias theory. The report finds that many researchers and legislators believe policies based on this theory are harmful. Moreover, the report finds that the Implicit Association Test does not accurately or reliably measure implicit bias, nor does it reflect the real-world behaviors of individuals.
