As our world changes, how we celebrate Mother’s Day might look a bit different this year.

But we always show our love for mothers making the decisions that are best for their families. We celebrate and support them if they continue a pregnancy, or not.

So today I want to share a special video with you from 2019 featuring one of our brave physician advocates, Dr. Abbey Hardy-Fairbanks. She shares her personal journey through pregnancy, and how mothering transformed her dedication to providing abortion care.

From raising a child with special needs to dealing with postpartum depression, these experiences reinforced Dr. Hardy-Fairbanks' commitment to helping every pregnant person get the compassionate care they need and deserve.

Today and every day, our doctors will keep advocating for every person’s access to comprehensive reproductive health care that’s compassionate and free from stigma, bias, and intimidation.
