Dear Jack,

The Attorney General’s race is one of the most critical in this year’s election, with a sharp contrast between the two candidates.

NC Values’ endorsed candidate Congressman Dan Bishop is running for Attorney General against Planned Parenthood’s candidate Congressman Jeff Jackson, an extreme liberal who has helped to destroy law and order with his woke policies. In this election, North Carolina Christians can be the deciding vote on who should be our chief legal officer at the helm of the Department of Justice.

The Attorney General represents the State of North Carolina in legal matters, provides legal opinions to public officials when requested, consults with judges, District Attorneys, and magistrates when requested, institutes court proceedings on behalf of the state, and represents the State in all criminal appeals from state trial courts. The Attorney General is responsible for protecting the people and the laws of the State. Since 1896, the office has been held by a Democrat, and frequently, it is a springboard to becoming Governor.

Dan Bishop has a proven track record as a conservative leader in our state. He has worked to protect the borders of our country, exposed fraud and deception by government, promoted life, family values, religious freedom, and marriage. He is a fighter on the side of righteousness who will carry out justice and not back down. Dan Bishop will restore law and order to state government, take partisan politics out of the law, and fight crime and corruption in our state.

Congressman Jeff Jackson is a dangerous liberal backed by Big Abortion and elevated “diversity, equity and inclusion.” He supports transgender activism, LGBTQ+ legal protections, abortion on demand, open borders, and is against detaining criminal illegals for ICE. He will be soft on crime, and he will fight against family values. A video has just surfaced ([link removed]) with Jeff Jackson receiving an award from the Charlotte LGBT Chamber of Commerce headed by Chad Severance Turner, who is a convicted child sex offender. Jackson is seen hugging Turner who was convicted of sexually assaulting young boys.

Dozens of times, Democrat Attorney Generals Stein and Roy Cooper refused to defend conservative laws passed by the Republican legislature, forcing legislative leaders to hire private counsel to intervene. Examples include the Marriage Amendment, last year’s pro-life law (which Stein is openly fighting in the Fourth Circuit ([link removed]) Court of Appeals), dozens of other pro-life laws, voter identification laws, redistricting, and others passed by the duly elected Republican legislature. Jackson will continue that legacy of disregarding his Constitutional duties and will openly fight the will of the people instead of defending it.

Dan Bishop is highly qualified, shares our conservative values, and will not back down to the woke left. He has been elected three times to the US House and was previously elected to the North Carolina House and Senate and the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners. Dan has been one of the toughest and most outspoken conservatives in Congress. As a member of the Judiciary Committee and the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, he has fought the Biden administration’s dangerous policies, exposed the federal government’s abuses against the Trump presidency, and held his fellow Republicans accountable to conservative principles. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the House Freedom Caucus. Before leaving the practice of law to enter Congress, Dan was a business litigator for nearly three decades.

Did you know that—unfortunately—only 51% of "people of faith" are likely to even vote in this election? With your vote, we can elect Dan Bishop who will defend the law and our family values.

As in years past, we have partnered with iVoterGuide ([link removed]) to rate candidates for North Carolina elections from a Biblical pro-values worldview. In addition to containing our sponsored iVoterGuide, the toolkit also lets you lookup important election dates ([link removed]) , review our legislative scorecard ([link removed]) , access our endorsed candidates list ([link removed]) , view our new 2024 party platform comparison ([link removed]) , and includes a number of other pro-voter tools designed to save you time and equip you to vote wisely.

We hope you find these tools ([link removed]) useful, and we strongly encourage you to get out today and vote early Dan Bishop for Attorney General.

Finally, if you support our year-round work getting pro-values conservatives elected to local, state, and federal office, and appreciate the cost that goes into providing voters our election tools, would you consider making a needed one-time ([link removed]) or monthly donation ([link removed]) towards our election efforts?

Sincerely,

Tami & Team
