A Track Record of Freedom

Patriots,

State Freedom Caucuses know how to fight and win. They are arguably the best way to save our states and our country. While the list of their victories is much longer than this, below are just 3 examples from each state in our Network.

Imagine what this list would look like if there was a freedom caucus in all 50 states! That is the goal and eventually it will happen. In the meantime, we will continue to help strengthen the current states and expand into new ones.

Georgia Freedom Caucus

• Called on the State Senate to investigate Fani Willis, who tried to prosecute President Trump

• Defeated a Republican bill that would extort citizens into registering their guns with the government

• Defeated a Republican bill that would violate political free speech rights

South Carolina Freedom Caucus

• Defeated a Democrat judicial nomination that GOP leadership was supporting

• Killed a “Health Czar” bill that would give the state government more Fauci-style authority on health issues

• Successfully sued a school district that was illegally teaching Critical Race Theory

South Dakota Freedom Caucus

• Forced the governor to veto a bill allowing a framework for central bank digital currencies

• Successfully led the fight to kill a corporate welfare “carbon capture” pipeline

• Successfully led the fight that resulted in the state’s first election audit

Illinois Freedom Caucus

• Fought to save the school choice program, forcing the teachers’ union to spend $700,000 against two ILFC members, who easily won their re-elections

• Exposed a budget shortfall in the Governor’s budget forcing them to admit to a tax increase

• Exposed Democrat members illegally casting votes while not being present in the chamber

Arizona Freedom Caucus

• Sponsored 2024 ballot questions that will ban Ranked Choice Voting and limit the governor’s authority during a state of emergency

• Killed nominations for executive agencies made by Democrat governor

• Protected the state’s school choice program from Democrat attempts to repeal it

Pennsylvania Freedom Caucus

• Sued the Democrat governor over his automatic voter registration executive order

• Temporarily defunded tax dollars for woke universities

• Killed a “Republican” election bill that was written by a Leftist organization

Wyoming Freedom Caucus

• The incoming 2025 WY House Speaker will be a WYFC member

• Offered $700 million in budget cuts

• Led fight to pass school choice

Montana Freedom Caucus

• Sponsored and passed a “Patient’s Bill of Rights”

• Called for special sessions to cut taxes and block non-citizens from voting

• Sponsored and passed a bill that repeals the state’s green energy regulations

Louisiana Freedom Caucus

• Led the fight that successfully cut the state budget

• Sponsored and passed universal school choice

• Sponsored and passed a ban on sanctuary cities

Missouri Freedom Caucus

• Led the fight that successfully cut the state budget

• Sponsored and passed a bill that defunded Planned Parenthood

• Sponsored and passed a ban on funding sanctuary cities

Oklahoma Freedom Caucus (joined Sept 3, 2024)

• Sponsored ballot measure that would prevent non-citizens from voting

• Exposed local Air Force Base for promoting “National Coming Out” Day

• Got called “terrorists” by senate leadership for engaging in a filibuster after which leadership had to admit the OKFC members were fully following the rules.

Our mission is simple: help state lawmakers launch a State Freedom Caucus in their state.  When principled and courageous conservatives band together, strategize, and effectively fight back— we win.
