Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been a progressive icon for decades, but now Slate magazine is laying out a way for her to step in and save the November election from Republican interference.

Conservatives on the Supreme Court already abused their majority rule to send Wisconsin voters to the polls in the middle of a pandemic. But RBG has a little-known power: she could join her liberal colleagues and refuse to hear any case the Republican majority might use to suppress the vote or steal the election.

It’s “constitutional hardball” -- but RBG has a history of dissenting even when it’s unpopular. And, according to her personal trainer, she’s TAN -- tough as nails.

But we know she’ll get a firestorm of criticism from the GOP and the conservative court majority no matter what she does, so we want to send them a message from you. Tell us:
