John,
Are you ready to vote? Are your friends and family ready to vote? Read on to make sure that you have resources and protections so that you — and your personal networks — can vote with confidence on Election Day.
Here are the most important things to keep in mind:
Make a plan to vote: Check your registration status: [link removed]
Know the rules in your state for early voting: [link removed]
voting by mail: [link removed] and in-person voting on Election Day. Find your polling place

or drop box and check the hours.
On Election Day (Tuesday, Nov. 5), if you are still in line when your polling location closes, stay in line. You’re entitled to vote under state law.
If you have any issues voting or questions about how to vote, call or text 866-OUR-VOTE to speak with an expert who can help.
We expect disinformation efforts to increase in the coming days. Bad actors are trying to manipulate Americans and undermine trust in election results. We can’t let them. That’s why it’s important for democracy advocates like you to speak up.
If you know someone who should learn more about their election-day rights, please forward this email or share it on social media.

Whether you have already cast your ballot through early voting, are voting by mail, or are heading to the polls on Tuesday, rest assured our elections are safe and secure. And your vote matters.
Thank you for strengthening our democracy by voting,
