Emgage Action is proud to announce our 2024 endorsements ahead of the November 5th elections.This past year has been painful for our community, both at home and especially abroad in Gaza. We understand how challenging this election is, but we also recognize what is at stake for us and for the country as a whole. From protecting our civil rights to ensuring justice for all, the outcomes of this election will shape not only Congress and the White House but also the policies that impact our daily lives.
One of the most crucial ways we can influence policy and decision-making at the federal, state, and local levels is through voting. By voting, we build collective power to influence the policies that matter most to us, such as advocating for peace and justice for Palestinians, defending freedom of religion, ensuring public safety, addressing climate change, and reforming criminal justice. Through our votes, we strengthen our ability to shape decisions that impact Muslim communities globally and push for meaningful change on the issues that reflect our values and aspirations.
Our vote is a powerful tool to participate and protect our pluralistic democracy and actualize an equitable society where all Muslims thrive.
