<[link removed]>Friend,

The government is making us play defense over a case we already won, and if the Biden Admin succeeds, the Pistol Brace Ban could soon come roaring back.

You may remember Mock v. Garland (that’s our Pistol Brace Ban challenge) from earlier this year when a federal judge ruled in our favor.

This summary judgment was a HUGE WIN for freedom that prevented the ATF from enforcing its ban and turning peaceable people like you into criminals.

<[link removed]>FIGHT THE GOVT! <[link removed]>But as we all know, if there’s one thing the government hates more than the existence of armed individuals, it’s LOSING to armed individuals.

This appeal could be bad news for you, Friend, and you need to listen up.

Right now, the press is pushing the narrative that the Biden Admin is going to win at the Supreme Court and keep their anti-freedom “frame or receiver” rule in effect.

<[link removed]>This could embolden the tyrants to come even harder in their appeal of cases like Mock v. Garland. And we CANNOT allow them to undo the progress that we’ve made.

That’s why we’re getting ready to batten down the hatches and once again do battle against this oppressive, bureaucratic regulation.

But in order to fight with maximum efficiency, we need YOUR SUPPORT! So we’re asking you to chip in whatever you can ASAP. <[link removed]>

<[link removed]>DONATE $100 <[link removed]> <[link removed]>DONATE $50 <[link removed]> <[link removed]>CHIP IN $25 <[link removed]> <[link removed]>CHIP IN ANY AMOUNT <[link removed]>When you contribute toward this and our many other pro-freedom cases and programs, you’ll automatically be entered to WIN a Marlin 1895 Trapper Rifle with ammo!

Don’t forget that in addition to playing defense in Mock, we’re also taking aim at so-called “assault weapon” bans nationwide.

FPC is asking SCOTUS to take up our case Snope v. Brown, and a decision from the court on whether to hear it could come as soon as this December.

And we’re currently awaiting a decision from the Supreme Court in our challenge to the ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule. Quite simply, there’s just a lot going on.

<[link removed]>GET IN THE FIGHT! <[link removed]>That’s why we need our top supporters like you to reaffirm your commitment to the fight for maximal human liberty and freedom.

Win or lose in VanDerStok (that’s our “frame or receiver” rule challenge), the government will be looking to make an example of you, Friend.

They don’t like that you refuse to bow down to government control. And they most certainly want to take your guns… preferably as soon as possible.

Help us DEFEAT them and fight back by chipping in $25 or more TODAY and be entered to WIN the Marlin 1895 Trapper Rifle with ammo!  <[link removed]>
