Third-Party Vendor ASB for Cannabis Social Equity Application Review and Scoring
The LCB is pleased to announce an Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB) for the third-party vendor for the next round of Cannabis Social Equity applications: Alta Point Consulting. This contractor will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and scoring application materials for the next round of the Cannabis Social Equity Program.
Alta Point Consulting is a Seattle-based organization with over 40 years of experience with a nationwide network of over 400 consultants, bringing a deep understanding of federal, state, and local government processes.
The agency received 12 proposals from bidders for this opportunity. An evaluation team of five members reviewed 10 proposals (two bidders were non-responsive). Three bidders were selected to give an oral presentation to the evaluation team in early Sept. 2024, and Alta Point was selected from this group.
