Lauren Underwood For Congress

John,

We are two weeks out from Election Day and Jim Marter is ramping up his dangerous campaign. See for yourself:

Facebook post from Lauren Underwood for Congress that says 'At a Trump rally in IL, my opponent, Jim Marter, asked the crowd "how many people here think the election was stolen" to which he received an uproar of cheers. He is dangerous and unserious. We cannot let him win. Visit iwillvote.com/IL to learn how to cast your ballot. The post includes an image of Jim Marter with a speech bubble including the question he asked.

At a Trump rally in Illinois, Marter echoed Trump’s big lie about the 2020 election and received an uproar of cheers. He is dangerous and unserious. We cannot let him win.

This is not the time to ease up and let Republicans gain an advantage.

GOP Speaker Mike Johnson is on a swing-state tour to keep hold of the Republican House majority. We need to mobilize voters in our community right now, and make sure they know about all the work Lauren has done in Congress to support working families, expand affordable health care, and uphold our democratic values.

If we don’t, MAGA extremist Jim Marter could make his way into the House and give Speaker Johnson another “yes” vote to push the extreme MAGA agenda.

In order for our plan to win this election up and down the ballot to work, we need support from folks like you who are part of our grassroots team. That’s why we’re asking: Can you pitch in $2, $14 for 14 days, or any amount, today to help us make the most of these last two weeks and win on November 5?
